We are located at Calle Tamariu, 7, 17487 Empuriabrava (Girona), right on the Costa Brava. Empuriabrava is known as the “Spanish Venice” for its extensive network of navigable canals.<\/p>\n

What do the apartments include?<\/h3>\n

Our apartments feature Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Some apartments also have a patio or balcony. They are designed to offer a comfortable, flexible, and independent stay.<\/p>\n

Is this a good accommodation for families?<\/h3>\n

Yes. Apartments with their own kitchens and independent spaces are especially practical for families seeking comfort and independence during stays of several days. Furthermore, the area around Empuriabrava offers activities for children and adults.<\/p>\n

Yes, pets are allowed (except cats) for \u20ac10 per pet per night.<\/p>\n

A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment, and they cannot be left alone inside the apartment at any time.<\/p>\n

We have street parking in front of the apartments. In addition, the 15 superior apartments have private parking within the building (they are the highest apartment category). The other 28 apartments do not include private parking.<\/p>\n

What are the check-in and check-out times?<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. The reception is closed outside of these hours. Upon checkout, you will be informed of the steps to follow, as a security deposit is charged and refunded at the end of your stay: if you check out during normal hours, we will refund it at the restaurant; if you check out in the early hours of the morning, you will need to provide us with your bank account number for the refund.<\/p>\n

What is the cancellation policy?<\/h3>\n

We offer two types of rates: one with free cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date, and another non-refundable rate (more economical, but without a refund in case of cancellation). You can check the exact conditions of your rate during the booking process.<\/p>\n

It depends on the season. In winter you can book for as little as one night.<\/p>\n
